Barkley

This neighborhood consists of 814 acres located south of Sunset Drive and North of Roosevelt and Alabama Hill areas.  It consists of commercial, residential, retail, professional, and industrial with the focal point being Barkley Urban Village. This was the first urban village built in Bellingham.  There are many trails through this area, which was creating in 2010.  There are many restaurants featuring American, Mexican and Asian food with a large movie theater with several screens.  The area features Haggen Foods that is a popular grocery store in the Northwest.
