This area is in the Northern area of the city and has a combination of commercial, industrial zoned properties and residential.  The Bellis Fair area is situated closed to I5 and is designated as future District Urban Village.  Recognized as the gateway to the City of Bellingham because of the freeway and the Bellingham International Airport.
