Roosevelt

East of I5 with land uses from residential to industrial.  Many homes are over 100 years old to modern apartment complexes.  9% of Bellingham’s population lives here, being the most popular neighborhood in the area.  Roosevelt Park has a neighborhood activity center across from the Boys and Girls Club and includes a picnic area, basketball court and playground.
