South Hill

Home to about 3000 residents with some homes built in the 1900’s and others with a more contemporary design.  Many have a lovely view of Bellingham Bay and the residents love the proximity to Fairhaven, downtown, the University and I5.  It is a very desirable neighborhood.  Boulevard Park is the most widely used park in the area with a fabulous view of the Bay.  Strolling on the boardwalk and watching the boating activity is a favorite daily occurrence for the area’s many dog walkers.
